Hourly Rates. We offer services at an hourly rate with 2 hours minimum.

Project Rates. Per project rate requires 50% deposit upon client acceptance of the total project cost estimate. The completed project will be turned over to the client upon receipt of the final balance due.

Retainer Rates. Monthly retainers guarantees ongoing support at a discounted rate. The retainer packages offers clients stability and security with peace of mind knowing that services will not be interrupted. This gives your priority on your projects from other clients involved with different payment plans. Unused hours in any given months will not be carried over to the following month. Sync Merchants encourage all our clients who choose a retainer package to discuss and take full advantage of the hours purchased from each plan.

Sync Merchants welcomes referrals. Any client whose referral is a signed contract will be receive 10% off on their next months invoice.
